Does the financial leasing contract comply with Shariah principles?

When should I renew the driving delegation?
The delegation should be renewed every three months.
Can I take the vehicle outside the Kingdom during the lease term?
Yes for GCC and Egypt but excludes Qatar and Yemen.
What is the procedure to be performed when I cannot benefit from the vehicle?
The guest is obliged to notify the Company whenever a situation occurred that prevent the use of the vehicle completely or in part. You can contact the nearest branch or through the ALJUF CRM 8002442211
Can I take the vehicle outside the Kingdom during the lease term?
No. You must comply with specific terms & conditions that are set by the Company.
Where can I obtain information regarding any special incentives/finance plans?
Finance plans depend upon the season and differ with the make and model of the vehicle. You're welcome to see your nearest branch for specific details.
During the repair period, will the company provide me with a substitute vehicle?
No. Unless the workshop has exceeded the estimated time communicated to you to repair the vehicle or as a result of the manufacturer's warranty repair. Under these specific limited conditions the company reserves the right to monetarily compensate you.
